Who are the trainers?
We are two negotiation researchers from Leiden University with a passion for training and teaching. Both of us having a PhD in negotiation, we combine a thorough and state-of-the-art scientific background in negotiation research with ample experience in teaching and training negotiation skills. We will be glad to transfer our knowledge and experience to your employees!
Dr. Fieke Harinck is Assistant Professor of Social and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University. She has been studying negotiation and conflict management since 1996, and she has up to date knowledge about the most recent developments in this field. For more than a decade, she has coordinated and taught the course Conflict and Cooperation, and for the past few years she has worked on condensing all her knowledge about training, negotiation and interpersonal behavior into different formats of negotiation training through which she can transfer all this knowledge to others. Being a stage-experienced theater player, she is also adept at stepping in as a training actress.
